Add entry to the database, without pictures and details (free of charge)

Entries to the database are added by the administrator continually
according to the published notices in regional newspapers, obituary notices, archive materials, or tombs.
- Send obituary notices to this address: P. Knúrovský, Tr. SNP 73, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia
- In case of adding an existing database (mass entry adding), consult the administrator.
Mass import is possible, if you send the data in Excel. The xls file has to have the

- Note: in column 6, state name of the cemetery, of which list you can find in the section
List of Cemeteries. In case you do not find the name of the particular cemetery there,
state its ordinary or official name. Except the data in column 5, data in all the other
columns are compulsory!

Add details to existing entry: (chargeable service)
|
If you have found an entry at the database to which you can add details:
- photo of the deceased or of the tomb (max. 3 pieces) - 1 piece/EUR 4,-
- details about the deceased - 4,- EUR |
- Fill out and send this form to the administrator and
attach the pictures in BMP, JPG, GIF formats (max. 3 pieces)
- Pay the required sum to the TATRABANKA bank account number 2621752001/1100 and make sure to
include variable symbol of the ID entry that is the number assigned to the tomb in our database.
Details will appear in a few days after the sum is put to our bank account. (Without adding the
variable symbol, it will not be possible to identify your payment)

Leave a message to a tomb: (free of charge)
|
| If you have found your close relative in our database, you can commemorate
him/her by leaving a message and putting a symbolic flower or lighting a candle. |
- Search the entry by adding family name.
- V nájdených záznamoch "kliknite" na hľadané meno (zobrazia sa detaily)
- In the section "ADD MESSAGE" fill the required fields, choose a picture and enter.

Add entry to the section CEMETERY SERVICES, GENEALOGY, create www pages, locate on the server... (chargeable service)

In case you run a business in the field of funeral and cemetery services and you want
to be known about, we can place your web-address as a link on our pages. If you do not
have your own Internet presentation, we can design it for you and place it on our server
with the following address: www.your_firm.cemetery.sk

- Design and place presentation: upon agreement, contact administrator

administrator and we shall include them in the existing list. |
